Yiwu to hold stationery fair in Indonesia

Yiwu in Zhejiang province will hold a stationery fair in Jakarta, Indonesia from Nov 30 to Dec 2, according to local media reports.

The fair will include 220 international standard booths and cover an exhibition area of 5,000 square meters, with about 2,500 buyers expected to attend.

Xu Chaoyue, who has booked four booths, said that he is going to seek more orders during the event by displaying his latest products and exploring potential customers.

Yiwu's exports to Indonesia from January to October this year amounted to 7.33 billion yuan ($1.03 billion).

This year, authorities have mobilized 23 delegations comprising 1,564 foreign trade companies to attend exhibitions in countries including Germany, the United Kingdom, and Japan.
