Yiwu Half Marathon will return in November

The organizing committee of the Yiwu Half Marathon officially announced an open call for creative design proposals for this year's finisher medals and event mascot on Sept 15, inviting submissions from all sectors of society.

This announcement marks a highly anticipated comeback for running enthusiasts who have been eagerly awaiting the resumption of this event.

Since its inception in 2015, the Yiwu Half Marathon has been held six times, with a temporary hiatus in 2021 and 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the spokesperson for the 2023 Yiwu Half Marathon organizing committee, the upcoming event is slated to take place in the latter half of November, with registration expected to open later this month.

With the addition of a new event operator, this year's Yiwu Half Marathon promises comprehensive upgrades in racecourse design, supply support, and overall atmosphere.
