Bishnu from Nepal set up a foreign trade company in Yiwu, East China's Zhejiang province in 2007.

In 2019, Yiwu put forward a program called "reform experiencers", which invited people from different social circles to experience government services, so as to improve city construction and administration.

Bishnu become a "reform experiencer" in 2020. He collected opinions and advice from foreign businessmen and shared them with government departments.

In 2020, he put forward a proposal for reform, which proposed that foreign businesspeople should be exempt from submitting translations of required documents when they are registering a company in Yiwu. His proposal was quickly accepted.

Now, qualified foreign businesspeople only need to fill in the "Commitment Letter for Registration Information Declaration of Foreign-funded Enterprises" without the need to submit Chinese translations for required documents.
