Huangyuan Clothing Market is located in the busiest commercial area – Xiuhu Lake business circle. It covers 7.8 hectares and has floorage of 420,000 sq m. With total investment of 1.4 billion yuan, it was opened on May 5, 2011.

The eight floors are home to businesses involved in wholesale, retail, foreign trade and imports. There are 4,991 booths on the first to fifth floors.

On the first floor, there are jeans, tailored clothes and retail; on the second floor, men's clothing, including leather; on the third floor is women's clothing; on the fourth floor, women's clothing, pajamas, sweaters and sportswear; on the fifth floor, there is children's clothing. Domestic sales are mainly realized in Zhejiang and its neighboring provinces, and exports go mainly to the Middle East and Africa.

On the sixth floor, there are more than 10,000 sq m for leisure service facilities, such as brand cinemas, restaurants, fast food and bakeries, integrating catering and entertainment.

On the seventh and eighth floors, there are the South Korean Imported Garment City and the Quality Lifestyle Hall, with an area of 70,000 sq m and more than 500 brands. 

Sales radiate to East China and even the whole country. As one of the largest single South Korean imported garment shopping centers in the province, it houses catering, training institutions, household products, beauty salons, hairdressing and other ancillary services.

The market boasts convenient transport and has more than 1,800 parking spaces on the sixth floor, in the basement and periphery areas. It also has a designated area for purchasers’ vehicles. The market is equipped with central air conditioning, a large electronic screen, broadband network system, and energy-saving facilities such as escalators and elevators, are available. On the northeast side of the market, there are four-star commercial hotels, which offer facilities for business negotiations, leisure and entertainment.
