A trailer for "Africans in Yiwu" was released on March 5.

The documentary film, directed by a group of African students at Zhejiang Normal University, aims to show African people's life in Yiwu, Zhejiang province to promote a better relationship between China and Africa.

There will be six episodes centered on study, work, marriage and business in the city. In addition to the local life in Yiwu, the film will also feature beautiful scenery, cuisine and art from African countries.

Yiwu, a wholesale commodity provider, has been named by the United Nations, the World Bank and JP Morgan as the "largest small commodity market" in the world, attracting a huge number of international buyers.

Many African people have moved to Yiwu for business over the past decades. There are now more than 3,000 African businesspeople living in Yiwu, and universities in Yiwu and neighboring cities hold frequent exchanges with African countries.
